Refund policy

 

At CamarazEmpire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return: Email us at sales@camarazempire.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and pet products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
